Our experience with Zinga's was amazing. Kim communicated with me very step of the way, which was greatly appreciated. We are loving our motorized garage door screens. I will recommend Zinga's to family and friends.

Amazing hurricane shutters. So much better quality than competitors offer. No wrinkles when shutter is down. This is our second 22’ hurricane shutter purchased from Zinga’s at different properties and we are very pleased. Tracy and Garret were prompt, professional and pleasant to deal with.

We had an amazing experience with Zingas! Talk about underprivileged and overdeliver!! We met with Adrian 1 week after moving into our new-built home in Ocala. He was prompt and personable. We bonded over England/Brazil WC soccer while he made a thorough presentation and explained our options. We chose Plantation shutters for 2 rooms and a blind for the laundry room. Then he said, 8 to 10 weeks...🙄 We'll We just retires so flexibility is our new motto. He told us Mindy would be in touch throughout the rest of the process. A week later we got our first text, and then weekly contacts after that. Three days ago we received a morning text saying we were on track for 5 to 7 weeks, right in line with Adrian's comment. At 5 that afternoon, we got another text saying our materials had all arrived and could they come today for installation - 4 weeks earlier than predicted!!! Hallelujah!!! Todd arrived today and in less than 2 hours the shutters and blinds were installed-awesome!!!! Thank you Adrian, Misty and Todd for the excellent service and beautiful product. Although we were fine about 8 to 10 weeks which could have been the case, we are thrilled to have the treatments early.😁😁😁

I saw an advertisement in the local Naples paper while visiting during the Easter holiday. Not expecting a purchase just seeking options. The Zinga's reprep Adam was so helpful, the options so varied I suggested my friend consider this seriously. When she worried about slower business I decided it was a perfect gift for her birthday which would take place in 9 weeks. They promise 7-9 weeks on custom made shades! The result was my friend who was a part of my wedding 40 yrs ago loves them! Thank you Adam & Tracy! Her birthday is the same day as Taylor Swift. This was better than a trip to NYC!

Zingas is and will be our go-to for any window treatments. Zingas installed our plantation shutters and French door shades. From customer service to install, it was a 10/10 experience. Tracy, Garett, and our 2 service men (sorry don’t have their names) were a top notch operation. Communication was amazing!!!

I just received my fourth (or fifth?) Zinga's order, this one was a motorized porch screen. As each time before, Zinga's sends txts to keep me abreast of dates/times/personnel/changes - anything that is necessary and helpful to know. The screen installers, Terry Henten (and his son, Terry) were excellent, efficient, and a pleasure to have around. They installed the screen perfectly, helped me setup an app to control it when we're away, and were meticulous in leaving nothing behind or undone. But the MAIN reason I'm giving them five stars is because five is all I'm allotted. Highly recommend.

Great experience - Casey, Tracey and Corey were the main professionals we worked with, and they made the scheduling, ordering and installation process seamless. We're really happy with our motorized screens and will definitely recommend Zingas to friends and neighbors.

Workibg with Casey and his team was great. Came out set up what we are looking for. Measured twice and the authored screens were installed. They look sharp block out the heat and they also work on an app.

I am really pleased with my choice of going with Zinga, to do my window treatment... I was extremely pleased with the quality of work, detail, materials, the look, and the staff... They were extremely, professional, kind, knowledgeable, and very attentive... They listened to what my vision was, and didn't try to convince me to take an alternate route. Of course they had suggestions. But, at the end of the day, they allowed me to fulfill my vision. The sales person was great. My contact person, Jenny, kept me informed of the process. And, the installer was very good and professional, as well... I look forward to working with Zinga, in the future...

Well I have start with Adrian Brown the guy I met at our clubhouse. He knows his products very well and explains everything very well. Unfortunately the board wasn't ready to move on. But I moved on with some Zebra shades in my condo. Adrian gave me good tips and suggestings. He even took pictures for me to see how the shades would look from the outside because our condo association requires white on the outside. Six weeks later I now have my motorized zebra shades, installed by Tony Fancher. He did a awesome job. He used his level tool so many time to make sure it prefect. Also there Misty who was always checking on things to go smoothly. Thanks Zinga's. I'm saving $$$ to do my other rooms. You have five stars from me.

We ordered a very large outdoor electric shade for our patio, Zingas was on-time (earlier than anticipated!) and quick and efficient with the install - we love the new privacy sun block that this new shade offers. Misty and the install team were great!

Zinga’s installed motorized patio screens on our covered back porch and the result is great. The screens completely changed how usable the patio is, especially with afternoon sun and wind. Justin helped on the design side and Terry handled the install. We went with 90% openness on the west and 70% on the south, which was the right call for our space. A few post-install items came up and the Zinga’s team followed through to make everything right. The Somfy TaHoma integration is working well after some network tuning on my side. Very happy with the outcome. The patio now feels like a true 3-season space. Highly recommend Zinga’s, and thanks to Justin and Terry for a job well done.

Great experience with the entire process. Installers Terry Henton and son Terry Henton Jr did a great job very caring of my property and aesthetics of how to install. Misty was great in communication. Product looks great. I ordered the white shades which look fantastic on my white outdoor pavilion.

Allen did an incredible job replacing our shutters! He was incredibly polite and professional throughout the process. He ensured the shutters Fit perfectly on our windows and left the area spotless. We are beyond satisfied with his exceptional work before he left!
